claudine wong is watching this from our newsroom. she is going to have an update in just a few minutes. >> time is 5:55. pg&e has stepped up security at its substations in the bay area after what authorities believe was a coordinated attack in san jose. just last night police were stationed at some of the gates at substation. pg&e tells us it's working with local law enforcement to increase their security. all of this comes after what happened at the san jose center early tuesday morning. that is when police say someone fired shots and damaged transformers there and also cut under ground fiberoptic cables. >>> the federal aviation administration is warning of flight delays starting on sunday when furloughs kick in. the furloughs are a result of the sequester budget cuts. air traffic controllers will have to take one day off without pay for every ten days they work. the flow of air traffic will have to be slowed so that they reduce the number of air traffic controllers are not overwhelmed. that may result into up to three hour delays.
